Before you write
No. Fase works from the moment you open it — there is no sign-up screen, and no email address is required. Your history is held under a random device identifier rather than your name.
Because Fase identifies you by device rather than by account, moving to a new phone needs a hand from us right now. Email support before you wipe the old device and we’ll walk you through it.
No. Fase is a wellness tool. Its phase, ovulation, and fertile-window readings are estimates calculated from what you log, they are shown as estimates, and they can be wrong.
No. Fase must not be used as contraception or to prevent pregnancy. Speak to a healthcare provider about contraception that suits you.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed on your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period you have paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple, and we’re glad to help you with the request.
Tell us the date the entry belongs to and what you expected to see. Screenshots help. We do not need your name to look into it.
